The Manjarabad Fort is a star shaped fort which was constructed by Pallada dore, later modified by Tippu Sultan during his rule, located 5 kms from Sakleshpur on a hillock, with a pond in the centre and nine watch towers. It is said that there is a tunnel leading to Srirangapattana. The fort is maintained by the Department of Archeology.
